Welcome to Dream Tour. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with us (“Dream Tour”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and apply to all bookings made through our platform. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms legally.
Please read them carefully before confirming any travel arrangements. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Dream Tour. A contract is formed only when we issue a final confirmation invoice.
- Verification: You must ensure all names and details match your passport exactly.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Special Requests: Dietary or access requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
Payments & Fees
Full payment for your travel itinerary is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in GBP/USD unless otherwise stated. We implement rigorous fraud detection measures for your safety.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing immediately. Cancellation charges apply based on the timeframe before departure:
- 60+ Days: Loss of Deposit
- 30-59 Days: 50% of Total Cost
- 0-29 Days: 100% of Total Cost (No Refund)
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
Liability
Dream Tour accepts responsibility for ensuring that the travel arrangements you book with us are supplied as described. However, we cannot accept liability for force majeure events, flight delays caused by third parties, or personal injury resulting from activities not under our direct control.
